Our Return Policy We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. Any item can be returned to us for any reason as long as you have the invoice included with your shipment, the products are undamaged, unopened and with seals intact. The products must be returned to us with in 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you. The refund will not include the shipping and handling expenses. You must return all of the products from the order. Partial Returns are not allowed. ATC offers a "no questions asked" 30 day money back return policy from the date of shipment. (Of course, your return credit will not include the shipping and handling costs as these services were provided.)
We suggest you send the products in the original packaging to avoid damage and please make sure you keep your return shipping information is case the products are lost or damaged. Sending via some shipping media with a tracking number can be very helpful. We can not be responsible for products that are damaged in your return shipment. Then please fill out the Full Product Refund Form so we will know when to expect your return and can assist you in tracking should that become necessary. We do all Refunds on Wednesdays. You will receive a credit to your original credit card the following Wednesday after we receive the return of your product. Please Only Submit e-mail From This Form.
